A book about knitting – with a rare focus on the big sizes.

The job was a complete design and production – cover, inside pages design etc., in close cooperation with Lisbeth, who as both the author and the editor of the book had very precise ideas about the flow of the book's contents, and who had worked with the photographer Karl Ravn to create the most harmonic set of illustrations for a book I have experienced, since a similar job with "Resume 1966-1999" (see below).

Cover design, based on a painting by Danish painter Otto Frello, for a book about Niels Kierkegaard, the unknown brother of Danish philosopher and writer Søren Kierkegaard, written by cand. scient., journalist Fl. Chr. Nielsen. Published by Holkenfeldt 3, 1998.

Cover for biography of Danish ceramic artists Heidi Guthmann Birck and Aage Birck. The book was published - in Danish and in German - for big retrospective exhibitions at the Koldinghus Museum and Keramion, Museum für zeitgenössische Keramik, Frechen Germany.

Jacta Est Alea / Terningerne er kastet
(The Die Is Cast)

Catalogue for an exhibition in Århus Kunstbygning (the Art Building of Aarhus) September-October 1996. 15 invited Danish artist each gave life to the inside of a cube, 240 x 240 x 240 cms, and the cubes were scattered on the floor the three large exhibition halls. Similar design was applied to the poster for the art show.

Cover design for a collection of articles, published in newspapers, catalogues and art magazines over a period of 15 years. The focus of the articles is on art and artists, design and designers, textile design and handicraft. Written by art critic and designer Lisbeth Tolstrup, published by Bogto in 1995.
