As the only Danish designer, Lars Pryds created a question mark for the SeptemberEleven font, sold through MyFonts.com. The Society of Typographic Aficionados (SoTA) has united type designers from around the world to put together a font that reflects reactions to the September 11th tragedies. All designers and engineers who worked on the font have donated their time, intending that sales of the font will raise funds for humanitarian organizations. The font, called "September Eleven", is made up of 95 question marks, and was created by designers from over 20 countries. All the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the American Red Cross. The font was available for a limited time to buy from Myfonts.com, but has been discontinued. SoTA's website is here: |
